RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If the product you ordered doesn't fit or is unsatisfactory, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return your item for a product of equal or lesser* value OR a full refund, excluding the original shipping cost. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND/EXCHANGE:

  • The product(s) have not been washed OR worn.
  • The product(s) have not been damaged or soiled.
  • The product(s) are not a ‘Sale Item’. Sale Item meaning that the product is not discounted or marked down from the original price.

If your purchase qualifies for a return or exchange, please email your order number and request to store@ferniebrewing.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) to Fernie Brewing Co.

TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM(S): 

  1. Please email store@ferniebrewing.com and provide your name and order number and let us know your intentions. I.E. which item(s) from your order you would like to exchange and what item you would like to have as a replacement, including size and colour). This is to try to prevent the requested item from being out of stock by the time we physically receive your return to our store.
  2. Mail the item back to us, along with a copy of your email to: Fernie Brewing Co., 26 Manitou Road, Fernie, BC, Canada V0B 1M5
  3. Once your item has been received and inspected, we’ll send out your replacement item to you straight away and email you your new tracking information.
  4. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) back to Fernie Brewing Co. The shipping costs to get the new exchanged item to you, will be covered by us at Fernie Brewing Co.

TO RETURN AN ITEM(S):

  1. Please email store@ferniebrewing.com and provide your name and order number and let us know which item(s) you will be returning, along with your reason for returning the item.
  2. Mail the item back to us, along with a copy of the email to: Fernie Brewing Co., 26 Manitou Road, Fernie, BC, Canada V0B 1M5
  3. Once the returning item has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method (less the cost of shipping the item to you). We’ll email you to let you know that the refund has been processed on our end. From that point, it may take a couple of days to show up on your end, depending on how quickly your bank processes it.
  4. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) back to Fernie Brewing Co.
