The holidays can be a stressful time for even the most organized gift shopper, and this goes double for those of us who tend to leave things to the last minute. Add in the chaos of having to ship things across the country and it’s a recipe for a holly-jolly-meltdown. We get it. We’ve been there. We are here to help. We have put together this holiday shipping guide to lead you through this trying time and ensure your loved ones are waking up to awesome Fernie Brewing Co. merch on the right day. ORDERING vs. SHIPPING
- Shipping times begin when your item has left Fernie Brewing Company. Please keep in mind that our merch is awesome, and since many others think so too, please allow 1-2 business days for processing after placing your order.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:
- Please allow at least 10 business days for items to be shipped within Canada. If you live in some of the more remote areas of Canada, a two-week window is advised.
- Canada Post’s recommended deadline for Holiday Packages within Canada is December 11th.
- Shipping to a Canadian address is a flat rate of $15 for a tracked package.
- That being said, in true Holiday spirit we are offering FREE SHIPPING within Canada for orders of $150 or more
- Boat: Please allow 6-8 weeks for international shipments by boat, no tracking available. $25 flat rate.
- Air under 1 kilo: Please allow 2-4 weeks for international shipments by air, no tracking available. $40 flat rate.
Customs & Import Duties:
- Customs and/or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office about this for further information.
- If you're in Canada, you will be charged the appropriate tax for your province (HST or PST) plus GST. USA orders are subject to Customs and duty fees as well as any state or county taxes which apply to your residence.
- If the product you ordered doesn't fit or is unsatisfactory, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return your item for a product of equal or lesser* value OR a full refund, excluding the original shipping cost.
- For returns/exchanges made from online store purchases please contact us.
- All sale items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
- To qualify for refund/exchange:
- The product(s) have not been washed OR worn.
- The product(s) have not been damaged or soiled.
- The product(s) have the original tags attached.
